The frame steel structure is more common among two story and multi-story building. It is composed of beams and columns, and most of the nodes are rigidly connected. The frame structure should meet not only the requirements of strength and stability but also ensure the overall strength of the frame.

There are several forms based on portal steel frame like clear span, multi-Gable, Multi Span, single slope, Roof system, Canopy sytem, frame with crane, frame with mezzanine, multi-story frame, etc. To ensure longitudinal stability, there are also secondary structure includes bracing, struts, tie rods, etc

1) All goods are marked coded, corresponding to the installation drawings for quick installation

2) The goods are packed with standard steel pallets, fixed with angle steel, firm, non-polluting, and can be used twice.

3) Each package is pasted with details of the goods, so as to quickly check and find the goods during installation

Loading in 40FT open top containers: customers can upload the containers easily by lifting from the top opening.   The top opening is covered with heavy-duty canvas for protection during shipping.  

Loading in 40HQ containers: All steel members are packed on a patent designed pallet. Customers can unload the entire container by pulling the pallet out in one go. 

1. Requirements Communication

We communicate all the details by Phone/Email/Whatsapp/WeChat, then we can also make sketch by hand and confirm your requirement.  

2. Design Free drawings plans will be offered.

If you have your own drawing, we can also follow your drawing and do the production. At the same time, we can also supply 3D renderings for you to confirm.

3. Quotation  

It will be detailed quotation, with material quantity and unit price, all the necessary materials will be included.

4&5. Sign Contract & Deposit

After finalize all the details regarding price, shipment, etc, customer can place order. Our payment term is 30% deposit, balance 70% before shipment.

6. Production

Starting from raw material entry until package, we will keep you updated about the production process. During production procedure, we have inspection team to test quality, ensuring each procedure finished products is quality, so final goods also qualified. We also accept clients, 3rd party testing.

7.Packing and loading

According to the volume and weight of the goods, we will have package plan to use less containers possible to save transportation costs. And we will use standard exporting packing, every item will be fixed well to avoid damage.

8. Logistic

We will send you clearance documents after we receive the BL from agent and update you about shippment stutus.

9. Optional Construction.

We will provide complete installation drawing, and our after sales team will be online for guidance, or engineer can be sent to site to give you installation guidance. Or installation team can also be sent on site.
