2. Steel Structure Storage Warehouse Details

Frame type: portal frame Column & Beam: Q235B High strength low alloy H steel, detailing, cutting, assembling, welding, straightening, shot blasting, antirusting paint

Secondary structure: Galvanised C purlin, X bracing, pulling rods & structs, tie bar

Roof covering panel: PPGI steel sheet 0.6mm with transparent skylight sheet

Wall covering panel: PPGI steel sheet 0.6mm

Door: Two big sliding door width 4.0 m by height 5.0m

Customer location is near the sea and ocean, so customer care about anti-rust very much. The main structure is with two layer of mid-grey and anti-rust painting, secondary structure material are all galvanized material including angle iron, round pipe, round bar etc. Roof and wall material is thick PPGI steel sheet to prevent rust.

3. Professional design drawing before customer ordering   

Besides design drawing, we can also supply 3D rendering, or other drawing that is required for building approval. Our     engineer team has more than 10 years of experience.

4. Installation

We have provided complete installation drawing and video, after-sales team is online for 24 hours throughout the process, local staff have installed it very smoothly. Customer is very happy with our service, although this is his first time to build the prefab steel structure type building, he has completed it very well. And he has other two lands that needs factory, discussion is underway.
